When will I receive the ordered aluminium castings from the date of the order?
If the goods ordered are on stock, the package can be delivered to you in 3-4 days. If they are not on stock and need to be individually produced, then, depending on the quantity, the order can be delivered in 1-2 weeks.
What should I do if I cannot find the casting of the right size in the catalogue?
Our catalogue contains a wide range of our aluminium fence components, but absolutely not the full repertoire. On one hand, we can cast these according to the client’s needs in different sizes, and on the other hand, we can produce any castings that can be prepared by gravity coquille casting.

Is the custom order more expensive than castings on stock?
Not necessarily, this depends on the order quantity. You can reach the price level of ready products on stock already by placing an order for a few thousand of new products.
Can I get a discount for larger quantities?
Yes, we can offer a discount already on orders over 500 kg, compared to the list price.
How much does the casting tool cost?
The tool remains owned by our company. This is why we do not charge a separate cost for preparing the tool.
Should I pay in advance?
In case of private individuals, the payment has to be made in advance, and companies have to pay only subsequently, after the receipt of the goods.

Can the casting be sintered and is it possible to apply plastic coating?
We use aluminium blocks with inspection slips (EN-AC AlSi12CuFe DIN-231, EN-AC AlSi12(Cu) DIN-230), which guarantees that the coating will not come off.
In addition to the raw material, what guarantees the quality of castings?
We are fully committed to quality. This does not only occur in the choice of raw material, but we also apply checkpoints during the design and manufacturing processes. In case of a new product, we first make a sample, and if it is found okay, we start casting in a larger batch.
