In our plant, we prepare the aluminium castings by using the coquille casting tools prepared by us and by applying a gravity casting method.
We operate 4 pcs of electrically heated aluminium melting furnaces, the capacities of which are the following:
- 1 piece of 50 kW melting furnace of a capacity of 150 kg
- 1 piece of 30 kW holding furnace of a capacity of 150 kg
- 1 piece of 35 kW holding furnace of a capacity of 120 kg
- 1 piece of 30 kW holding furnace of a capacity of 50 kg
We mainly cast castings weighing from 5 to 15 dkg, and the production by 3-4 casting workers per furnace ensures the production of 25,000-30,000 pcs of castings per month. Thanks to our thoroughness, they perform their work in excellent quality and with dimensional stability.
Raw material:
Stable and reliable material quality is indispensable, therefore we use aluminium blocks with inspection slips.
Our types of materials used are:
- EN-AC AlSi12CuFe DIN-231
- EN-AC AlSi12(Cu) DIN-230
Machining:
We machine the parts casted by us in our plant, be it about turning, milling or thread cutting.
We make a finished product of it!
Packaging and delivery:
We deliver the aluminium castings in packs of 20-30 kg, in paper boxes by package delivery service or by the company’s own truck, which guarantees the delivery within 3 days after dispatch.
